Medium Effect Bag Air Filter
Expertly designed for use in central AC and air supply systems, this filter skilfully safeguards downstream filters and systems with its medium-efficiency filtration prowess.
Its innovative bag structure ensures uniform airflow distribution. Using advanced hot-melt technology prevents bag squeezing or leakage, significantly reducing resistance and enhancing dust-holding capacity. The integrated "bag support grille" steadfastly prevents shrinkage and deformation.
Frames are crafted from either painted cold-rolled steel or galvanized steel, while the filters are made from premium non-woven fabric and glass fiber. Capable of filtering particles ranging from 1-5μm, it offers an impressive 60-95% efficiency, measured using the colorimetric method.
Ideally applied in central AC systems for dust and pollen filtration and serving as a pre-filter in pharmaceutical, hospital, electronics, and food sectors, it effectively extends the lifespan of high-efficiency filters.
